one The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the thermal deburring of parts. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the device by providing a quick change of parts subject to the greatest wear. The drawing shows the proposed device. The cylindrical body 1 is hermetically sealed with the bottom 2 and the bolt 3. The body contains a filling valve 4, an inlet valve and an ignition plug (not shown). Inside the chamber I, a cylindrical sleeve 5 is mounted with respect to its walls. The ratio of the thickness of the wall of the sleeve 5 to the thickness of the wall of the housing is 2: 3. The device is also provided with an additional cover 6 with a concave shape with respect to the main frame. The cooling elements 7 and 8 are placed in the walls of the chamber 1 and the main cooling 3. Seals 9 and 10 are placed between case t, additional cover 6 and bottom 2. Sleeve 5 and cover00847 ka 6 are bolted together 11. The latter are pre-stressed by springs 12, leveling the deformation of the seal 9. The device works as follows. The workpiece 13 is placed in the chamber 1, the combustible mixture is fed into the chamber through the filling valve 4 and it is ignited by the ignition candle. There is a removal of debts. The concave additional crush 6 and the cylindrical sleeve 5 take thermal stress and come in contact with the cover 3 and the housing 1. The main thermal load thus receives the cylindrical sleeve 5 and the additional cover 6, which can be easily replaced. In addition, due to the small thickness of the walls of the parts 5 and 6, large temperature differences are eliminated and, consequently, the increased temperature stresses in these parts. The presence of cooling elements reduces wear on the casing and crush due to heat and these parts do not require frequent replacement.
